There is no telephone number and no public street address for the project itself: the resort has not been built and has no premises to visit. Correspondence goes to the addresses above.

3. Status of the project

All images on this site are artist's impressions of a planned building, not photographs of anything that exists. Areas, capacities and counts are planned figures and may change during design and construction. The entertainment and gaming lounge is subject to licensing: land-based casinos are not currently licensed in Norway, and those areas would open only if the necessary permission were granted. Fuller terms are in the Terms and Conditions.

4. Hosting

The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. The provider's name and registered address will be published here before launch; until then, enquiries about hosting should go to [email protected].

The name and branding of Stillhavn Resort & Casino are the owner's. 6. Responsible gaming

The planned entertainment and gaming lounge, subject to licensing, would be open only to guests aged 18 and over, and identification would be required. This site publishes no bonuses, no promotions, no odds and no inducement to gamble, and it is not an invitation to do so.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint about this website or about how we have dealt with you, write to [email protected] with the details and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge complaints within five working days and aim to give a substantive answer within thirty days.

Consumers resident in the European Economic Area may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Complaints about personal data may be taken to a supervisory authority; the Privacy Policy names them.

8. Accessibility and non-discrimination

This site is built to be usable by everyone: it works with the keyboard alone, is readable by screen readers, respects a reduced-motion preference, and is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. The resort is being designed for step-free access to its public areas and accessible rooms; the detail will be published as the design settles. We do not discriminate on grounds of disability, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age, whether in the interest list or, in time, in who is welcome as a guest.
